Trying the 7 Wave Light Panel in Kennewick: A Free Thursday Visit, Training and the Annual Plan
The 7 Wave full-body light panel at Spinal Fitness Health and Wellness Center in Kennewick, WA is 1 of 5 services in the free session the center offers new visitors every Thursday from 2 to 6 PM, alongside the BioCharger NG, Brown’s Gas, PEMF and the hot sauna exercise room. A 7 Wave session runs 10 to 20 minutes, standing in front of the panel with bare skin and eyewear. This article sets out the path from a first visit to regular panel use: the free Thursday session, completed training and the door code, then the 4 ways the panel is paid for, including the Annual Membership’s 31 sessions a month.
Step 1: a free Thursday visit
Call or text 509-670-9713 before a Thursday visit to arrange a time between 2 and 6 PM. The free 7 Wave session runs 20 minutes. The free session is one service per Thursday, and on Thursday, October 15 it is the 7 Wave light panel. Mild hyperbaric sessions and Spinal Fitness evaluations and training are always booked and are never part of the free session.
The service page lists 3 groups who should check with their healthcare provider before booking a light session: people with light-sensitive conditions, people taking photosensitizing medications, and anyone who is pregnant. The light room also holds a separate Sperti lamp, a UVB device used for vitamin D support, which has its own manufacturer protocol and its own orientation screening.
What a 7 Wave session involves
You stand in front of the full-body panel with bare skin facing it and wear the eye protection provided. The session runs 10 to 20 minutes. The room booking allows about 5 minutes before the session to undress and about 5 minutes after it to dress, so a visit takes 20 to 30 minutes of room time. The service page places the panel in a private room; ask about the room arrangement when you book the session. Our earlier article on the seven-band panel covers the 7 wavelengths from 480 to 1060 nm.
Step 2: training, then the door code
The center is not a walk-in gym: visits are by appointment, and once training is complete a member receives a door code. Monthly members receive 24/7 facility access with that code, and members who have completed their training run their own light sessions. Training is completed before the code is issued; there is no same-day access on a first visit.
Step 3: the 4 ways to pay for the panel
Single session, $35. One booked panel session.
3-pack, $95. Three 7 Wave sessions, $31.67 per session.
7 Wave Monthly, $300. Up to 31 7 Wave light panel sessions a month, with 1 ninety-minute mild hyperbaric session included each month.
Annual Membership, $150 a month on a 12-month agreement. Includes 31 7 Wave light panel sessions monthly, 31 targeted PEMF loop sessions monthly, 4 one-hour mild hyperbaric sessions monthly, and everything in the Month-to-Month membership, with 24/7 member access after training.
The Annual Membership against 7 Wave Monthly
Both plans carry up to 31 panel sessions a month. The Annual Membership costs $150 a month, half the $300 of 7 Wave Monthly. Over 12 months the Annual Membership totals $1,800 and 12 months of 7 Wave Monthly total $3,600, a difference of $1,800. The 7 Wave Monthly package includes 1 ninety-minute hyperbaric session a month; the Annual Membership includes 4 one-hour hyperbaric sessions a month, which is 240 minutes of chamber time against 90. The Annual Membership requires the 12-month agreement; 7 Wave Monthly is a monthly package.
The $150 Month-to-Month membership lists the near-infrared saunas, the PEMF mat and paddles, the BioCharger NG, Brown’s Gas and hydrogen inhalation, a light therapy full face mask and 1 one-hour hyperbaric session monthly. The 7 Wave panel sessions appear in the Annual Membership’s list.
The service page lists a recommended protocol of a minimum of 3 to 5 sessions per week for 3 to 6 months. Our article on planning a 3-to-6-month course prices that protocol at each of the single, 3-pack and monthly rates.
