HeartMath Sessions

Heart-rhythm coherence practice with real-time feedback - quiet, seated and simple.

HeartMath is a widely used system of breathing and focus techniques paired with a sensor that reads your pulse and displays your heart-rhythm pattern in real time. The visual feedback helps you practice slowing down and steadying your rhythm - a skill you can take anywhere.

About HeartMath at Our Center

Our center uses the HeartMath Inner Balance Coherence Plus — a small sensor that clips gently to your earlobe and connects to the Inner Balance app. You sit comfortably, follow the app’s paced-breathing and focus prompts, and watch your heart-rhythm pattern respond on screen as you practice. Sessions are quiet, seated, and as short or long as you like — many members practice for 10–20 minutes.

Members use HeartMath as a calm-down and focus practice — a structured way to sit still, breathe and watch the effect in real time. We make no medical claims; individual experiences vary.

Individual experiences vary. Services are offered for fitness, education and general wellness - not as medical diagnosis or treatment.

Yes. A HeartMath session works standing or sitting, whichever suits you, and you stay fully clothed throughout. About ten minutes is enough to practice with.
