Hydrogen Inhalation
Seated molecular-hydrogen sessions - 99.9% purity, generated on demand.
Spinal Fitness offers seated breathing sessions using the center’s dedicated molecular-hydrogen machine - an HX-600 that generates hydrogen on demand by PEM electrolysis of purified water, at up to 600 ml per minute and 99.9% purity. This is a separate machine from our Brown’s Gas equipment - the center has one of each, and each has its own page and operating procedure.
Access
Included with 24/7 member access after training. Questions? Call or text 509-670-9713.
About Hydrogen Sessions
You sit comfortably wearing a nasal cannula while the machine quietly generates hydrogen gas — no tanks and no stored gas; it makes hydrogen only while it runs, and shuts itself off if the water runs low. The manufacturer recommends sessions of 30–60 minutes; members read, listen to music or simply relax.
Published research on inhaled hydrogen is still developing. We present these sessions as a general wellness experience — not as a way to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we do not promise individual outcomes.
Individual experiences vary. Services are offered for fitness, education and general wellness - not as medical diagnosis or treatment.
Hydrogen-containing gas requires strict equipment, ventilation and ignition-control procedures. No smoking, flame, spark or unauthorized device use is permitted near the equipment. Members complete a safety screen before first use and follow the posted tubing, sanitation, flow-rate and session-time protocol.
