The 7 Wave Full Body Light Panel at Spinal Fitness Health and Wellness Center emits seven wavelengths from one fixture: 480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850 and 1060 nanometers. A session is 20 minutes, by appointment, in a private room, with about five minutes before and after for changing. A single session is $35, three are $95, and monthly unlimited access is $300.
The seven wavelengths, and what each number is
Visible red begins past roughly 620 nm, and beyond about 750 nm light is near-infrared and invisible, so four of the seven bands – 810, 830, 850 and 1060 nm – do their work unseen.

Different wavelengths penetrate to different depths, which is the reason the panel combines seven of them in one full-body session rather than emitting a single color. The span from 480 to 1060 nm is a wider specification than a single-wavelength handheld carries, and the format differs as well: the panel is a fixture you stand in front of, so nothing is held, aimed or repositioned during the 20 minutes.
What a session involves
Sessions run 20 minutes and you are standing. Allow five minutes to undress and five to dress, so the room is booked for about 30 minutes in total. Light reaches bare skin, eyewear is worn, and the room is private.
Once your training is complete you run the session yourself, and monthly members hold a door code for 24/7 access to the facility. The center’s recommended pattern for the panel is a minimum of three to five sessions per week for three to six months. Two numbers are set during training rather than on a page: your distance from the panel, and your own weekly frequency within the three-to-five range.
The vitamin D lamp in the same room is a different device
The light room also holds a Sperti Vitamin D Sunlamp, model D/UV-4F, and it is not part of the panel. The Sperti carries four UVB bulbs with a 1,000-hour bulb life, and its exposure pattern is five minutes, three times per week, set on a mechanical timer adjustable from one to five minutes with automatic shut-off. Two pairs of UV-blocking eyewear come with the lamp and are worn during use. The manufacturer states the lamp conforms to FDA sunlamp regulations.
The distinction matters because UVB and near-infrared are different parts of the spectrum: the vitamin D output comes from the Sperti lamp, not from the red and near-infrared panel. The manufacturer also publishes a screening list for the lamp, and we follow it. The Sperti is not for anyone with a history of abnormal skin cell growth or a family history of it, and not for skin type I, the type that always burns and never tans. The same list names photosensitivity: certain medications and health conditions raise it, so review the list before any UVB exposure.

At the recommended three to five sessions per week, monthly unlimited is the option that matches the pattern: three sessions a week is about twelve a month, and at $35 each the running total passes $300 during the third week.
