A free Brown’s Gas session for new visitors at Spinal Fitness Health and Wellness Center in Kennewick, WA runs 30 minutes, and guests bring their own nasal cannula or pay $15 for one. Brown’s Gas is 1 of the 5 services in the free session offered every Thursday from 2 to 6 PM, alongside the BioCharger NG, the 7 Wave light panel, PEMF and the hot sauna exercise room. The other 2 ways to breathe Brown’s Gas at the center are the paid Deluxe session, 1 hour for $50, and member use, included at no additional charge. Members hold 24/7 access through a door code issued once their training is complete.

The 3 ways to use the Brown’s Gas machine

Free Thursday session, new visitors. 30 minutes, between 2 and 6 PM, with your own cannula or one bought at the center for $15. Call or text 509-670-9713 to arrange a time. The free session is one service per Thursday, and on Thursday, October 22 it is Brown’s Gas.

Brown’s Gas Deluxe, booked. $50 for 1 hour, booked as its own session. The service page describes paid sessions as running about 55 to 60 minutes, and its price line reads “60 minutes excludes nasal cannula. Sold separately $15.” The same page lists 6 sessions for $250 and a monthly plan at $300, and notes that six-session packs are available for regular users.

Member use, included. A member’s Brown’s Gas session is included with membership at no additional charge, on a first come, first served basis. There is no appointment to book for a member session; members use the machine when it is free. The $150 Month-to-Month membership lists Brown’s Gas inhalation, with 24/7 member access after training.

Session length: 30, 15 to 30, and 55 to 60 minutes

Typical session: 15 to 30 minutes, sitting or lying, fully clothed, with a cannula. Free session for new visitors: 30 minutes. Paid Brown’s Gas Deluxe: a 1-hour booking, which the service page describes as running about 55 to 60 minutes.

The nasal cannula

The gas blend, about 66% hydrogen and 33% oxygen produced on site by electrolysis of water, is breathed through a nasal cannula. The cannula is the only item attached to you during the session. The service page states that a personal nasal cannula is available for $15 when required, and that yours is kept for your future sessions.

Hydrogen Inhalation is a separate cannula service at the center, run on a different machine, the HX-600; the Hydrogen Inhalation page covers it.

During the session

You sit or lie down and stay fully clothed for the session. The service page describes relaxing in a chair while breathing the gas blend, and notes that many members read or listen to music. It asks guests to keep up hydration and to let their own comfort set the pace of the session. Booked sessions are by appointment, in a private setting, and members who have completed their training run their own sessions.

The page also notes that some members book a single session to try Brown’s Gas while others build a weekly session into their routine, often paired with a sauna or light session in the same visit.

Screening before the first session

Orientation and the manufacturer’s screening guidance are reviewed at the first visit. The service page asks guests to check with their healthcare provider before booking if they use supplemental oxygen or a ventilator, are pregnant, or have an implanted medical device.
