Spinal Fitness Health and Wellness Center
24/7 Fitness and Near-Infrared Hot Exercise
Train on your schedule - members receive 24/7 door-code access after training.
Exercise when it works for you. Spinal Fitness members receive 24/7 door-code access after completing their training - early mornings, late nights, weekends, whenever your schedule allows. The center pairs specialty cardio and strength equipment with a near-infrared hot-exercise room you will not find in a conventional gym.
Access
Included with Spinal Fitness memberships - 24/7 member access after training. First visits and tours are by appointment: call or text 509-670-9713.
What to Know Before You Train
Members have access to a PowerCore Stepper, elliptical, Bowflex TreadClimber and bicycle, along with spinal fitness and general exercise equipment throughout the center - free weights, benches and posture-focused training tools.
The room uses a low-EMF Sauna Fix radiant tent emitting 550–3000 nm light and radiant heat with no traditional preheat period, and can reach a maximum temperature of 155°F. Exercising in radiant heat is an intense training environment — build duration and effort gradually rather than treating it like an ordinary room-temperature workout.
Yes. Members may also use the near infrared saunas on their own — sit, relax and warm up in radiant light. First come, first served, 24/7.
Before using the room, members complete a safety screen and receive hydration guidance. Follow the posted operating procedure, start conservatively, and never exercise through dizziness, nausea, confusion, unusual shortness of breath or faintness.
Heat exposure is not appropriate for everyone, including some people with cardiovascular conditions, impaired heat tolerance or medication-related risk. Ask your licensed healthcare professional whether heat training is appropriate for you.
Individual experiences vary. Services are offered for fitness, education and general wellness - not as medical diagnosis or treatment.
